栅板压力脉动衰减器的设计与数值模拟

摘    要:针对离心泵输出的压力脉动问题,借鉴孔板消除气体脉动的原理,设计了一种带有缝隙的栅板式压力脉动衰减器,并运用FLUENT软件对其进行流场仿真,对缝隙宽度和缝隙数两个参数进行优化设计。通过计算发现:栅板式脉动衰减器可以对压力脉动进行衰减;此外,缝隙宽度和缝隙条数均是影响脉动衰减效果和插入压力损失的关键因素,因此,应考虑插入压力损失的同时获得最佳衰减效果;经过计算优化,当缝隙宽度为5、缝隙数为14时,压力脉动率最低,且其压力损失最小。

Abstract:Focusing on the pressure pulsation of centrifugal pump, a pressure impulses pulsation attenuator with grating is designed, which draws on the experience of gas pulsation elimination by the way of orifice plate. Flow field simulation was done, and two parameters (including the slit width and the slot number ) were optimized. Found by calculation, pulsation can be attenuated by grating pressure pulsation attenuator; In addition, the crack width and crack number are the key factors influencing the attenuation effect and insertion loss of pressure pulsation. Therefore, the time when obtaining the best attenuation effect, the insert pressure loss should be lower. Through optimized calculation, when the gap width is 5, the number of cracks is 14, pressure pulsation rate is the lowest, and the pressure loss is minimal.
