摘    要:介绍了变频调速技术的工作原理,给出了普通海水泵和恒压变频海水泵的功耗计算公式;基于现有欧亚航线上的20000TEU级集装箱船对海水冷却系统进行方案设定,给出了中央出冷却水系统和逻辑控制系统的设计方案;通过计算分析了普通海水泵变频和恒压变频海水泵能耗上的差异,验证了能耗计算的准确性。对船上应用变频调速控制系统的能耗和成本降低提供了计算方案。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle of variable frequency technology; improves the calculation of efficiency and energy consumption for normal marine seawater pumps and constant-pressure variable-frequency seawater pump. A case Sea water cooling system is designed based on Class-20000TEU container vessel operating between Europe and Asia, containing central water cooling system and PID logic control system. By calculating costs between normal and variable frequency seawater pump, the accuracy of the method was verified. This method could be used to estimate the economic benefits for ships before the system is installed.
