摘 要: | 为了解决艉管后轴承损坏问题,根据VLGC轴系设计,首先进行常规轴系合理校中计算,然后建立有限元模型进行轴承与轴系的接触计算;在此基础上,分析轴承接触状态与轴系合理校中数据,得到轴承与轴系的接触状态,提出艉管后轴承的优化设计方案。

Stern Tube Bearing Contact Analyses for VLGC and Bearing Design |

Abstract: | Rational shaft alignment calculations are first conducted according to VLGC shafting in order to resolve worn-out problem of aft stern bearing. The FEM models of bearings and shafting are established and relative contact calculations are carried out afterwards. The contact status and alignment data are compared with rational shaft alignment. Optimum design of stern tube bearing is conducted based on analyses. |
