摘    要:在说明了采用热、磁场、电流和激光脉冲等不同控制方法的超导断路开关特点之后,着重对磁场和电流两种控制类型的超导断路开关及其应用电路进行了工作原理分析和实验研究.在相同的脉冲电源电路中采用两种开关进行了脉冲产生试验,对比了脉冲形态、重复频率等指标.研究结果表明,在缩短断路时间方面,电流控制方式优于磁场控制方式,在功率脉冲电源的应用中有较好的发展前景.

Abstract:After the characteristics of superconducting opening switch (SOS) with various control methods including heat, magnetic field, electric current and laser pulse are explained, the operating principles of magnetic field and electric current controlled SOSs and their application circuits are analyzed and experimentally studied. The tests on pulse-generating of the two in the same pulsed supply circuit are carried out, and the indexes of pulse shape and repeat frequency are compared. The result of research shows that the electric current control is superior to magnetic field in shortening the opening time, and therefore it will have a better development prospect in the application of power pulsed supplies.
