摘    要:超深水钻井装置为满足DP3动力定位的严苛要求普遍采用主机舱分隔设计,但各主机舱通风需求量因平台载荷及外部环境变化而变化。本文以某深水钻井装置主机舱为目标,分析主机舱内通风需求量,根据机舱动态风量需求,采用变频技术控制风机转速,调节机舱进风量,达到机舱内外风压动态平衡。

Research and Application of Frequency Conversion Dynamic Adjustment Technology in the Main Engine Room Ventilation System of Ultra Deep Water Drilling Unit

Abstract:In order to meet the strict requirements of DP3 dynamic positioning, the ultra-deep water drilling uint generally adopts the main engine room separation design, but the ventilation requirements of each main engine room vary due to the unit load and the external environment changes. This paper takes the main room of a deep-water drilling unit as the target, analyzes the ventilation demand in the main room, and uses the frequency conversion technology to control the air supply fan speed according to the dynamic air demand of the engine room, adjust the air intake quantity of the engine room, and achieve the dynamic balance of the air pressure inside and outside of the engine room.
