摘    要:振动是存在于船体结构中的一个普遍现象,它所带来的危害一直为人们所关注.文章根据振动主动控制原理,建立了以压电陶瓷作为执行器和传感器的甲板振动主动控制模型,通过控制甲板的边界,达到减振的效果.利用结构动态特性灵敏度分析相关理论,进行了试验模型结构模态参数特征向量灵敏度分析,确定了压电陶瓷驱动器在施加控制后结构阻尼、刚度的变化对振型变化的影响程度.计算结果表明试验模型结构振动位移的减小主要取决于压电陶瓷驱动器所引起的结构阻尼变化.

Abstract:Vibration is a common phenomenon of ship structures and its harm is always concerned. Based on the principle of active vibration control, an active vibration control model of deck with PZT actuators and sensor is set up. The vibration can be reduced by controlling the deck boundary. The analysis of modal eigenvector sensitivity of experimental model is carried out by using the structural dynamic characteristic sensitivity analysis theory. Then the influence of structural damping and stiffness variety on the changes of vibration mode shape as controlled by PZT actuator is confirmed. Calculating results show that the reduction of vibration displacement is mainly due to the structural damping variety caused by PZT actuators.
