摘    要:如何安全高效地完成上部组块起升作业是大型海洋平台建造合拢中的关键问题。本文围绕大型海洋平台合拢中的上部组块提升和顶升技术,调研了近年来国内外相关案例,对提升和顶升的核心技术进行研究,从设备、能力和过程等方面分析了提升和顶升的技术特点。通过对重量、高度、安全性和经济性等因素的比较,总结出提升和顶升的技术优势和发展方向,并提出了上部组块起升作业安全系数,为大型海洋平台合拢提供可靠的理论基础和参考依据。

A Review on the Mega Offshore Platform Topside Lifting and Jacking Technology

Abstract:How to complete topside lifting safely and efficiently is the key issue of mega offshore platform construction and mating. This paper focuses on the topside lifting and jacking technology of mega offshore platform mating, and investigates the recent domestic and overseas cases of mega offshore platform topside lifting and jacking. It conducts research on lifting and jacking technical characteristics, which is analyzed in terms of equipment, capability and process, which sums up the technological superiority of lifting and jacking by comparing the weight, height, security and economic factors and proposes a safety factor of lifting process. The paper proposed a reliable theoretical basis and reference for the mega offshore platforms mating.
