摘    要:摘 要:利用MSC/Nastran软件对吊臂结构在4种工况下进行了强度有限元分析,并对其稳定性进行了校核。文中介绍了载荷的计算方法和约束条件的施加方法。通过有限元分析得到的结论对同类型吊臂结构的设计和强度分析有一定的参考价值。计算结果表明该吊臂结构强度和稳定性符合规范要求。

Abstract:Abstract: The structure strength of the boom under 4 cases is carried out by MSC/Nastran and its stability are checked.The calculation methods of load and the applied methods of constraint conditions are intruducted in this paper. It can be conclused that by FEM analysis that the same type design and strength analysis of the boom structure has a certain reference value.The results show that the structural strength and stability of the crane meet the regulatory requirements.
