摘    要:分析了自升式移动平台防止污油水污染系统设计所依据的法律法规,污油水产生的来源。运用最新的规范法规,对自升式平台钻采系统和机器处所处产生的污染物分别进行设计、处理,能够达到公约和沿岸国地区规则排放的要求,具有较强的实际应用意义。

Abstract:Rules and regulations for the design of oily water pollution prevention system in the self-elevating platform and sources of oily water are analyzed. Using the latest rules and regulations, pollutants produced from drilling and oil extraction systems and machinery places are treated and designed, respectively. Results of the treatment and design, completely meet the requirements of the Convention and rules of coastal States or regional emission regulations .It is practicable for the industry.
