摘    要:在对19500dwt货船多块折叠式舱口盖进行合理简化后,应用三维建模软件UG和多体动力学软件ADAMS对其进行了虚拟样机建模和动力学分析.为了获得样机的各种动态性能,重点考查了舱口盖开启过程中的油缸推力、铰链点受力以及举臂受力的变化情况,并对油缸工作时的推力进行了现场实测.分析结果可作为新型多块折叠式舱口盖的设计参考,根据需要,可以用所建的虚拟样机进行更加深入的分析.

Abstract:After the multi-folding hatch cover of the 19500dwt cargo carrier is rationally simplified, the virtual prototype modeling and the dynamic analysis are carried out by software UG and ADAMS. In order to acquire different dynamic performances of the prototype, this paper lays emphasis on the changes of thrust forces in hydro-cylinders, the forces of pivoting points as well as lifting arms during opening the hatch cover. The working-thrust forces of the hydro-cylinders are also measured on site. The analysis results could be regard as the designing reference for new-type multi-folding hatch covers, and the virtual prototype could be used to deeper analysis according to the requirements.
