船用阀门遥控系统的关键技术研究

摘    要:随着全球经济和海洋运输业的发展,船用阀门系统成为大型化、高度自动化船舶中必须配置的设备之一,而船用阀门遥控系统是实现船用阀门控制自动化的关键部件。针对未来船用阀门遥控系统的发展趋势,对与其相关的间接式阀位指示技术和电液集成式阀门遥控等关键技术进行了系统性的研究,分析了其内容组成、结构形式、用途优点和适用场合。

Abstract:With the development of global economy and marine transportation industry, Marine valve system has become one of the most important equipments for large-scale, highly automated ship, and the Marine valve remote control system is the key component for the marine valves control automation. For the future trends of marine valve remote control system, the paper carried out a systematic study of key technologies for indirect valve position indication, integrated electro-hydraulic valve remote control, etc. Moreover, the composition, structure, fuctional use, advantages and applicable occasions are also analyzed.
