摘    要:根据IMO关于国际散装运输危险化学品船舶结构和设备规范,针对化学品船高温货品运输的特殊要求,设计了化学品船货品温度监控系统.系统采用了DCS结构、PLC控制技术和双循环系统.该温度监控系统可以解决危险化学品运输和装卸的安全防护问题,是对新一代化学品船关键技术的有益探索.

Abstract:Aiming at the special requirements of chemicals carriers transporting high temperature goods, the temperature control system on a chemicals carrier is designed based on the international codes for the configuration and equipment of bulks carrying dangerous chemicals by IMO. The DCS structure, PLC technology and double circulation are adopted in the system. The temperature control system can solve the safety protection problems of transportation and handling of dangerous chemicals and it is an exploration for the key technologies of a new generation of chemicals carriers.
