摘    要:为消除大型船舶柴油机排气阀工作时接触面上产生的变形、麻点、凹坑、烧蚀和剥落等缺陷,保证排气阀的密封性,必须定期对排气阀的阀盘和阀座进行研磨。根据大型船舶柴油机排气阀的互研原理,设计一种由控制电路和气动系统组成的电-气式排气阀自动互研装置,通过阐述该装置的系统构成和控制原理确定零部件的选择要点,进而对零部件进行程序设计和机械加工,设计出新型排气阀自动互研装置。在采用该装置对自重为15 kg的排气阀进行试验时,发现时间设置间隔为1.5 s时研磨完成时间最短,效果最好,验证了该装置的可靠性和可应用性。

Design and Performance Analysis of Automatic Mutual Grinding Device for Ship Diesel Engine Extraction Valve
Abstract:The valve disc and seat of a large marine diesel engine will be subjected to high temperature and pressure of gas during operation, the corrosion effect of the combustion product on the disc and seat, and the impact and wearing of the valve on the seat during closing. This will lead to the exhaust valve contact surface deformation, points, pits, ablation and peeling defects. In order to eliminate these defects and ensure the sealing of the exhaust valve, regular grinding of the exhaust valve disc and seat must be carried out. According to the principle of mutual grinding of large marine diesel engine exhaust valve, this paper designed an electric-gas exhaust valve automatic mutual grinding device composed of control circuit and pneumatic system. Then the parts are programmed and machined, and a new type of automatic mutual grinding device for exhaust valve is designed. When the exhaust valve with a weight of 15kg is tested by this device, it is found that the grinding completion time is the shortest and the best effect when the time interval is set to 1.5s, and the reliability and applicability of this device are verified.
