海洋平台低频线谱振动控制方法研究

摘    要:针对已建海洋平台结构低频(30Hz以下)线谱振动控制难题,基于吸振原理,开展了低频线谱振动控制方法研究。讨论了动力吸振器与振动系统主结构最优质量比、阻尼比、频率比的取值范围,以及动力吸振器最优布置数量、布置位置等。以典型海洋平台板架结构为例,建立有限元模型,验证了动力吸振系统化方法的有效性,在此基础上,针对某海洋平台振动超标问题,开展了动力吸振系统化方法的工程应用研究,旨在为海洋平台低频线谱振动控制提供方法依据。

Abstract:Based on the vibration absorption principle, the low frequency line spectrum vibration control method is studied aiming at the low-frequency (below 30Hz) line spectrum vibration control problem of the built offshore platform structure. The optimal mass ratio, damping ratio and frequency ratio of the main structure of the dynamic vibration absorber and the vibration system are discussed, as well as the optimal arrangement number and arrangement position of the dynamic vibration absorber. The typical components of the offshore platform was taken as an example, the finite element model is set up to verify the effectiveness of the dynamic vibration absorption system method, based on this, the engineering application of dynamic vibration absorption system method research was carried out in view of the excessive vibration of a Marine platform, aiming at providing a method for offshore low-frequency pattern of vibration control.
