摘    要:通过在全国各大船厂调研安全生产情况,收集安全生产中存在的问题,梳理出船厂安全生产对物联网技术的需求。从安全生产影响因素人、物、环境角度,按物联网三层架构分别分析了能满足需求的物联网技术。提出了物联网技术在船厂安全生产中的3种应用场景,对每种场景所使用的物联网技术和解决的问题做了简要说明。文章最后对物联网技术在实际应用中存在的问题作了简要分析并给出了解决问题的建议。

Abstract:Through investigation of work safety in major shipyards all over this country, problems existing in work safety are collected,IoT requirements of the work safety in shipyards are obtained. According with the factors such as people, things and environment affecting work safety. This paper analyses technologies of IoT which can meet the requirements based on three layers architecture respectively. Three application scenes of the IoT in work safety in the shipyards are shown, and these technologies of the IoT and problems which can be solved in each scene are briefly explained. Finally, problems of the IoT in actual application are briefly analyzed and advices which solve these problems are provided.
