自升式平台作业适应性分析

摘    要:自升式平台在较大水深海域及恶劣环境条件下的作业安全性受到威胁,常规的作业适应性分析方法不能满足科学决策的需要,为此研究了平台整体安全性能与作业区域环境条件的匹配性.以海洋石油HYSY93*平台为例,通过作业水深适应性、桩基稳定性、结构完整性等分析,研究平台适应性评估的分析方法.结果表明,该平台在某海域只适合于非台风季作业。
