摘    要:为了有效应对船舶平面分段的加工时间和交货期的不确定性,本研究面向船舶平面分段调度的生产实际,基于动态链接库技术和面向对象编程技术,设计开发一套界面友好的操作便捷的平面分段调度系统。通过输入模糊加工时间和交货期数据,生成平面分段模糊调度方案。本系统创新性地开发出反应式调度功能,有效应对生产中的急件加工打乱原有调度方案的状况。通过上海某船厂的实际案例数据,充分验证系统的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to effectively cope with the uncertainty of processing time and delivery time of the hull plane segment, the research develops a hull plane dispatching system, aiming at resolving the problem on hull plane dispatching in shipyard, which is based on object-oriented Programming and dynamic link library technology. The interface of the system is friendly and conveniently. And the system can generate the fuzzy scheduling plan with inputting the fuzzy information of processing time and delivery date. The system develops the features of calculating the dynamic scheduling situation, which copes with the situation that urgent processing in production disturbs the original dispatching plan effectively. The research applies actual case data of a Shanghai shipyard to system.
