摘    要:采用集中载荷加载的方法,对调距桨模拟桨叶施加额定工况、极限工况条件下的推力、切力、离心力、推力弯矩和切力弯矩,通过对叶根螺栓、曲柄盘的试验测试结果与仿真分析结果的对比分析,验证承受高载荷的桨毂组件静强度设计的合理性、仿真分析的正确性,化解桨毂组件静强度设计风险。

Experimental Investigation on Static Strength Design of Blade Bolt and Crank Pin of Controllable Pitch Propeller

Abstract:The paper use centralized loading method to simulate the operating mode and the ultimate load of thrust, shear force, centrifugal force, thrust moment and shear moment under the condition of full power ahead, and loading on simulated blades of controllable pitch propeller. The comparation and analyzation of test results and simulation analysis results of blade bolts and crank pin prove that the static strength designing of the hub discreteness which endured high loads is reasonable, and the simulation is accurate. Through the experiment and analyzation, the static strength designing risk of the hub discreteness is solved.
