摘    要:随着舰船装备的快速发展以及在复杂多变的海上航行环境影响下,舰船人员落水事故时有发生,如何及时开展搜救工作并保障人员生命安全就显得十分重要。文章介绍了国内外关于人员落水搜救定位的研究现状,阐述了一种基于双定位的落水报警及定位系统,对其系统架构和功能设计进行了说明,对系统实现相关的几个关键技术进行了分析。

Abstract:With the rapid development of marine vessels and the influence of complex and changeable marine environment, ships and warships man drowning accident happens occasionally, which highlights the significance of timely rescuing and safeguarding life. This paper first introduces the research status of man overbroad system home and abroad, then elaborates a smart maritime alarm and positioning system based on GPS and BDS. Subsequently, system architecture and functional design are described and key technical issues related to system implementation are analyzed briefly. Finally, this paper summarizes and prospects the research work.
