摘    要:船舶航行于江河湖海且装载各种货物,这决定了其构件常常承受交变载荷和腐蚀环境的共同作用,进行疲劳强度评估时必须对腐蚀介质的影响加以考虑。依据中国船级社2013年版《船体结构强度指南》,对某LNG船底边舱折角的节点疲劳强度进行了计算,分别采用腐蚀修正系数,腐蚀条件下S-N曲线和扣除腐蚀余量等三种修正方式来考虑腐蚀对疲劳强度评估的影响。研究表明,采用腐蚀条件下S-N曲线方法校核最为苛刻,扣除腐蚀余量1.5mm的结果和腐蚀修正系数1.08的结果接近。

Abstract:As ships always sailing in water with different cargos onboard, ship structure is actually in the state of complex corrosion fatigue, it is a must to take corrosion into account in fatigue analysis. According to CCS , the fatigue strength of bottom side tank joint of a LNG vessel was assessed. Three methods were used for the correction of corrosion fatigue: method of fatigue factor, method of S-N curves in corrosive environment and method of deduction of corrosion addiction. The results show that the method of using S-N curves in corrosive environment is the strictest, the method of fatigue factor 1.08 and the method of corrosion addiction can get close fatigue lives.
