船用V型高速柴油机相继增压计算分析

摘    要:建立了某船用V型柴油机采用两台增压器相继增压的计算模型,为验证计算模型、程序和所选参数的正确性,对常规增压进行了计算,计算与试验结果基本一致.对两台增压器相继增压进行计算分析的结果表明,采用相继增压可明显改善该型机低工况性能,扩大了该机作为船用主机的运行范围.

Abstract:A calculating model for a marine V type diesel engine with 2 turbo charger (2TC) using sequential turbo charging (STC) is set up in this paper. With the model, a calculation to the general turbo charging has been performed first, and the result tends to be in agreement with the experimental one. Then, the STC system has been calculated and analyzed too. From the result, it can be seen that by using STC not only the low load performance of the diesel engine is improved, but also the running scope is enlarged when it is used as a marine main engine.
