摘    要:钻台是自升式钻井平台的核心部分,其上布置有众多的钻井设备和结构。因此,钻台结构的强度符合要求是保证钻探作业安全开展的必要关键因素,对其结构强度进行研究十分有必要。以某375英尺自升式钻井平台的钻台结构为研究对象,考虑远洋拖航、作业和风暴自存三组主要工况,根据ABS MODU合理的选取与计算载荷,利用有限元软件MSC Patran/Nastran进行建模、计算及后处理。探讨了环境载荷与作业载荷的计算与施加方法,探究了钻台的结构强度分析方法并对其强度进行校核,为钻台结构设计提供指导。

Abstract:The drill floor is the key part of the self-elevating drilling unit that a lot of drilling equipments and structures are located on it. As a result, that drill floor meets the strength requirement is an important factor for safe operation of self-elevating drilling unit. It is necessary to have a research on structural strength of the drill floor. The drill floor of a 375 ft self-elevating drilling unit was taken as an example. Ocean towing, operational and survival conditions were selected in the analysis; the loadings were chosen and calculated according to ABS MODU standard; MSC Patran/Nastran software was used for modeling, calculation and post-processing. The calculation and application method of environmental loads and operational loads were discussed, the structural strength analysis method was investigated. The paper can provide guidance for drill floor structure design.
