摘    要:太阳能光伏技术的不断进步正在为太阳能船舶的快速发展提供新的契机。在船舶平台上应用太阳能光伏系统最为核心的环节是在不改变常规船舶电力系统既有架构的基础上,集成整套光伏系统设备并能够始终高效利用光伏电能。针对长江航线上营运船舶绿色化和节能减排的实际需求,设计了首套应用于JD800PCC-4#内河商品汽车滚装船的船基离网型太阳能光伏系统并投入实际运行。实船运行监测数据表明:该套系统中各设备之间的技术参数设计合理,各项技术指标满足船级社规范要求。光伏系统设备与蓄电池储能装置自动匹配运行能够实现所供照明负载24h不间断运行,通过最大程度上利用太阳能光伏电可以实现日均节能约120kWh,且能够在不同运行模式下安全、可靠地切换运行。

Abstract:The constant development of electronic inverter technology has played a positive role in promoting the exploration and development of solar ships. For the ship platform, the critical issue of applying solar photovoltaic system is integrating photovoltaic equipment into the ship power system without changing its main structure,and utilizing photovoltaic power energy at the highest efficiency. To meet the industry requirement of energy conservation and emissions reduction, the new energy technology is widely applied on green ship. In this paper, a solar photovoltaic system is designed for inland ro-ro ship JD800PCC-4#, which operates on off-grid mode with large-scale Lithium battery energy storage system. The monitoring data show that the matching relationship among solar equipment is feasible and the lighting load can operate 24h without changing the power supply from solar system to ship power system. The average daily energy saving of this system is about 120kWh, and it can be switched to three different operation modes reliably.
