摘    要:以船用柴油机为基础建立活塞环磨损量数学模型,研究了活塞环轴向运动和径向运动对磁场输出信号的影响,计算分析了磁阻传感器输出与活塞环磨损量的对应关系。并与实船试验结合,通过实测船用柴油机活塞环磨损量对应的磁阻传感器输出信号,验证了磨损量数学模型的正确性。研究结论为实现活塞环磨损的在线监测奠定了技术基础。

Abstract:This paper established the magnetic field calculation model based on the movement of piston ring and the actual size of the marine diesel engine, studied the influence on magnetic field output caused by the axial and radial movement of piston ring, and analyzed the correspondence between the output of magneto-resistive sensor and the rings wear. Signal has been measured with the magneto-resistive sensor that was installed in the marine diesel engines, which confirmed the correctness for the mathematical model. It provides a technological basis for on-line monitoring piston ring wear.
