灰色关联决策在重点避让船选择中的应用研究

摘    要:为解决多船会遇情况下的船舶避碰决策问题,采用灰色关联决策方法选择重点避让船:首先按数学模型计算出目标船与本船的最近会遇距离DCPA、最近会遇时间TCPA以及船速比K.以DCPA、TCPA、K作为对策集中的各分量,再利用灰色关联决策进行综合评价,确定重点避让船.通过仿真分析,该方法具有可行性.

Abstract:To solve the problem of decision-making on ships collision avoidance when multi-ships encounter,gray relational decision-making was applied to the optional selection for give way vessel:Firstly,calculate DCPA according to the mathematical model,DCPA,TCPA,K is regarded as the components of centralism components,then use gray relational decision-making to do the overall evaluation and determine the optional selection for main give way vessel.It is feasible through the simulative calculation analysis.
