摘    要:为了增强船舶燃油喷射系统的可靠性,能够实现故障的事前维护保养管理,将模糊集理论与灰色关联决策应用在FMEA方法当中,把船舶主机燃油喷射系统作为研究对象,建立相应的模型,运用改进的FMEA进行分析,并与传统的方法进行比较,结果表明,运用改进FMEA方法所得到的结果与实际的故障模式相符,并且,与传统的FMEA相比,改进后方法更贴合实际的故障模式,因此较适用于船舶的安全评估。

Abstract:In order to enhance shipping fuel injection system reliability, can realize the fault pre maintenance maintenance management, fuzzy set theory and the gray relational decision-making applications in the FMEA method, the marine diesel engine fuel injection system as the research object, the establishment of the corresponding model, using improved FMEA analysis, and compared with the traditional method. The results showed that using improved FMEA method results with the actual failure mode consistent, and compared with the traditional FMEA, the improved method is more fit the actual failure modes, therefore is suitable for ship"s security assessment.
