| 摘 要： | 运用热力学中熵理论的基本原理,研究了知识熵与知识的负熵效应,构造了知识熵的数学模型,分析了企业的知识创新和知识转移机理,为船舶企业管理提供了一种有效的管理思路和方法.

| Abstract: | Utilizing the basic principle of entropy theory of thermodynamics, the knowledge entropy and the knowledge negative entropy effects are studied. The mathematical model of knowledge entropy is built and the knowledge innovation and transformation mechanism of enterprises are analyzed. The research provides a kind of effective management thinking and method for the administration of shipping enterprises. |
