轴承高速大载荷特性试验验证技术

摘    要:通过对特种轴承运行特点进行深入分析,提出轴承高速大载荷特性验证试验机的研制难点和设计要求,完成轴承试验机的研制,并严格依据试验大纲完成轴承高速大载荷特性验证试验.通过对验证试验数据和轴承样本拆检结果进行分析,完成3型特种轴承的高速大载荷特性试验验证,为后续某大型装置关键系统的可靠使用打下坚实的基础.

Abstract:As brand new designed 3 types of special bearing used in large marine unit, their structure are unique, working condition are extremely terrible and are of great important. So the bearings must be qualified by the test on the special designed bearing test machine. This issue analyzed the characteristics of these bearings and presented the difficulties and the key points of designing the bearing test machine. After the bearing test machine is made, we accomplished the experimental test strictly obeying the test outline, 3 types of special bearings all passed the experimental tests and the reliability of the whole large unit can be guaranteed.
