摘    要:随着国内轮机模拟器的不断发展,船舶制冷系统仿真建模方面的研究也越来越深入,为了使船舶制冷仿真系统达到更好的模拟效果,就需要建立更为精确和高效的模型。基于拥有专业且成熟的热物性计算包的EES(Engineering Equation Solver)软件,结合船用制冷压缩机实验数据,对文中介绍的经验模型进行了拟合验证和多工况下的性能预测,对半经验模型中的容积效率提出两种优化方法,并与传统计算方法进行对比,以分析和验证其优化效果。结果表明:经验模型在一定工况范围内具有良好的精度,可以作为压缩机性能预测的参考;提出的容积效率优化计算模型相较于传统经验公式有着更高的精度,对于制冷仿真系统精度的提高有所帮助。

Abstract:In order to achieve a better simulation effect of the ship refrigeration simulation system, it is necessary to establish a more accurate and efficient model. EES (Engineering Equation Solver) software based on a professional and mature thermal property calculation package, combined with experimental data of marine refrigeration compressors. The empirical model is fitted and verified, and the performance prediction under multi-case conditions. Two optimization methods are proposed for the volumetric efficiency in the semi-empirical model, and compared with the traditional calculation methods to analyze and verify the optimization effect. The results show that the empirical model has good precision in a certain working condition and can be used as a reference for compressor performance prediction. The proposed volumetric efficiency optimization calculation model has higher precision than the traditional empirical formula. It helps to improve the accuracy of the refrigeration simulation system.
