智能船舶发展战略规划研究

摘    要:为响应《智能船舶发展行动计划(2019-2021年)》,文章给出了智能船舶的定义和分级标准,应用大系统理论及其方法,提出智能船舶大系统架构,建立智能船舶技术体系。通过分析智能船舶技术体系,识别其关键技术,最后提出智能船舶发展路线图和防范安全风险的建议。

Abstract:For responding to "Action Plan(2019-2021) for Intelligent Ship Development", the definition and grade standard of the intelligent ship are given, the framework of intelligent ship large-scale system is proposed and the technology system for intelligent ship is constructed by the application of the theory and method of large-scale system. Through the analysis on the technology system of intelligent ship, the key technologies are distinguished. Finally the road map is proposed for intelligent ship development, and the safeguards against potential safety risks are suggested.
