基于ANSYS的海工重大件刚性系固分析

摘    要:为解决海运时海工重大件货物在船上的系固问题,分别介绍了柔性系固、刚性系固和刚柔混合系固3种常见的系固方式,其中刚性系固方式适用于大型海工重大件的系固。基于IMO《货物积载与系固安全操作规则》的系固算法和校核方法进行刚性系固,在系固方案初步可行的基础上利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对刚性系固系统中系固索具和焊缝的应力和变形进行模拟分析,根据分析结果校核系固索具和焊缝的强度,以判定重大件货物运输的可行性和安全性,可为类似重大件货物的运输提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the securing problem for the ocean engineering heavy-lifts when being shipped on sea, the article introduces the three usual securing types, which include the flexible securing, rigid securing and flexible-rigidly combining securing. And it analyzes that the rigid securing type is fitted for the securing of ocean engineering heavy-lifts. The rigid securing bases on the calculation method and checking method that are belonged to the Code of Safe Practice for Cargo Stowage and Securing of IMO. On the basis of preliminary feasibility for securing scheme, doing the simulation about the stress and deformation that cause to the securing equipment and welding line in the whole securing system by ANSYS. Then checking the strength of securing equipment and welding line if they are strong enough or not according to the simulation results, so as to estimate the feasibility and safety of the rigid securing for the heavy-lifts transportation on sea, which can be the references to the transportation of ocean engineering heavy-lifts.
