| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了扭矩扳子检定仪的两种校准方法，对标准扭矩扳子的校准过程进行了受力分析，对用于标准扭矩扳子校准的参考式扭矩标准装置的结构与工作原理进行了研究，研制了基于气浮轴承的标准扭矩扳子校准装置，其扩展不确定度优于0.05%(k=2)。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces and compares the two calibration methods of the torque wrench tester. The structure and working principle of the reference torque standard device for standard torque wrench calibration are studied. The calibration process of the standard torque wrench is analyzed. A standard torque wrench calibration device based on air bearing is developed, which has an extended uncertainty of better than 0.05% (k=2). |
