摘    要:针对深海采矿矿浆输送的需求和工作特点,论证分析矿浆输送泵的结构型式。为减少泵在运行过程中出现的堵塞和磨损等情况,重点探讨样机中矿浆颗粒的通过性。通过两相流数值模拟计算,揭示矿浆颗粒在泵内部的分布特性和流动轨迹。试验结果表明,样机性能达到设计要求,流动稳定,具有较好的参考价值,可为矿浆泵的进一步改进完善提供依据。

Abstract:This paper demonstrates and analyzes the structure of the slurry pump according to the requirements and working characteristics of deep sea mining slurry transportation, focuses on the trafficability of the slurry particles in its prototyping to reduce the possibilitty of the pump being blocked and worn during operation, and reveals the distribution characteristics and flow trajectory of the slurry particles in the pump through the two-phase flow numerical simulation calculation. The results show that the prototype performance meets the design requirements and has stable passability, and provide a basis for the further improvement of the slurry pump.
