大型邮轮救生艇替代设计定性分析

摘    要:以大型邮轮救生系统为研究对象,进行大型邮轮救生艇替代设计定性分析。确定替代设计的安全目标和影响替代设计的相关法规,分析受替代设计影响的相关布置和系统以及主要的操作场景。在此基础上开展危险识别,即对各种危险及其事故场景进行分析,并按其相对于所考虑问题的风险水平进行排序,对于风险等级高的事故场景,提出相应的风险控制措施。确定需要通过定量分析作进一步研究的事故场景、采用的性能衡准和评估方法,进而为大型邮轮救生艇替代设计及相关定性分析提供指导。

Abstract:The qualitative analysis of lifeboat alternative design is an important part of the general design process and engineering analysis method of lifeboat alternative design. Firstly, the safety objectives of alternative design and relevant regulations affecting alternative design are determined, and the relevant layout and systems affected by alternative design are analyzed, as well as the main operation scenarios. On this basis, hazard identification is carried out, i.e. various hazards and their accident scenarios are analyzed, and ranked according to their risk level relative to the problem under consideration. For accident scenarios with high risk level, corresponding risk control measures are proposed. Finally, the accident scenarios that need to be further studied through quantitative analysis, performance criteria and assessment methods are determined.
