摘    要:应用边界元法和叠加法对横向裂纹轴的弯曲刚度进行了计算,裂纹轴弯曲刚度的计算结果与实验曲线基本一致.文中的裂纹轴刚度模型包含了弯曲刚度、摆动刚度以及裂纹引起的交叉刚度,不但是裂纹开口方向与轴心位移矢量夹角的函数,而且考虑了支承跨度、裂纹和转盘位置等因素的影响.因此,比利用开关函数描述的模型精确、全面.

Abstract:The boundary element method and superposition method are applied to calculate the flexural stiffness of a shaft with transverse crack. The calculating result is basically accordant with the experimental curve. The stiffness model of a cracked shaft in this paper includes flexural stiffness, swing stiffness and cross stiffness due to the existence of a crack. The model is the function of angle included between the axis movement and the crack opening direction and considers the influence of the factors such as bearing span, the crack and the location of disk. Therefore, it is more accurate and comprehensive than that described by switching function.
