C型液化气体船纵骨单层底结构校核方法研究

摘    要:中小型液化气体船多为C型独立液货舱型,其船底结构通常采用纵骨架式单层底型式,但各家船级社规范对于该船型单层底结构均无适用规定,设计师需要参照其他单底船型的规定进行构件校核。本文采用主向梁节点挠度法,推导出针对C型液化气体船纵骨单层底结构的尺寸校核方法,可帮助设计者较为便捷地获得单层底构件尺寸,提高该类C型液化气体船的船型开发设计效率。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized liquefied gas vessels are mostly Type-C independent cargo tank type, and normally have longitudinal framing single bottom. While there are no specific scantling requirements in the Classification Rules, designers have to refer to rule requirement applicable for other single bottom ship types. In this paper, a method of scantling calculation is presented for the longitudinal framing single bottom of Type-C liquefied gas carrier by using main beam nodal deflection methodology, which can help designers to verfiy scantling of single bottom components conveniently, and may improve ship design efficiency for such kind of vessels.
