摘    要:为了探讨舰船总体性能最优、减少人力和人员成本、实现人机最佳协作的舰船设计方法,从分析舰船的复杂人机系统特征着手,阐述了舰船设计引入人因工程技术的必要性.以一舰船的推进控制系统为例,应用人因工程技术的功能分析原理对其进行功能分解,从顶层任务需求开始,自上而下,详细描述了系统完成任务的各个环节.这样可避免传统设计的不足,拓展系统设计的需求和概念,有利于形成最优的系统总体性能和人员配备.

Abstract:In order to probe into naval vessel design method which may optimize total performance of naval vessels, reduce manpower and personnel costs, and realize best human-computer collaboration, the authors firstly analyze the characteristics of complex human-computer system, and then expound the necessity of introducing human engineering techniques into naval vessel design. Taking a marine propulsive control system as an example, the function analysis is made by using human engineering analysis techniques. Every segment of how the system finishing mission is described in detail beginning with the top missions and from top to bottom. In this way the limitations of conventional design can be avoided, and requirements and concepts of system design can be added. It is helpful to obtain optimized general performance of the system and manning.
