干湿转换舱自动启闭舱口盖的设计及试验

摘    要:针对ROV干湿转换舱耐压壳体的结构形式及试验需求,设计了供ROV出入的自动启闭舱口盖;利用PTC Creo软件建立了三维参数化模型,通过ANSYS有限元分析对自动启闭舱口盖进行了结构强度和刚度校核、舱口盖密封性能研究。通过在压力筒内进行了试验验证,证明了该舱口盖结构合理,工作可靠。

Abstract:The automatic opening and closing ROV access hatch cover was designed, for the ROV dry wet conversion cabin pressure hull structure forms and test requirements. The 3D model of the hatch cover was established with PTC Creo, which structure strength, rigidity and sealing performance were studied through ANSYS finite element analysis. The experiment verification was made in pressure canister, which proved the rationality and reliability of the hatch cover.
