| 摘 要： | ＣＭＤＳＳ实施以为出现比较严重的海上侵遇险报警现象。作者根据多年从事ＧＭＤＳＳ培训工作为经验，提出建立一种ＧＭＤＳＳ综合模拟训练系统，以提高ＧＭＤＳＳ的培训效果，充分发挥ＧＭＤＳＳ的作用和提高其可靠性。

| Abstract: | Based on the author's experience in working on GMDSS training for seafarers,meanwhile considering the serious situation that there are too many false distress alerts at sea since GMDSS has come into force,this paper makes a suggestion to establish an comprehensive simulation training system so as to improve the effectiveness of GMDSS training and therefore bring the action of GMDSS into full play. |
