船舶电力系统重要度排序方法研究

摘    要:针对船舶电力系统重要度排序问题,提出一种信息熵与模糊层次分析法(FAHP)相结合的综合评判方法,即E-FAHP综合评价法。该方法首次采用概率标度法,构造区间值优先互补判断矩阵,尝试用相似熵建立目标函数,运用遗传算法进行寻优,分别获得加性相似熵模糊一致判断矩阵和乘性相似熵模糊一致判断矩阵,然后采用对应权重计算公式进行重要度排序。最后通过实例验证该方法在船舶电力系统重要度评价中的应用。

Abstract:Aiming at the issue of arranging the importance of ship power system,a kind of comprehensive evaluation method was proposed by the combination of information entropy and Fuzzy analytical hierarchy,that was E-FAHP. The method constructed priority complementary judgment matrix with probability scale method for the first time,tried to use similar entropy to establish objective function and used genetic algorithm to seek optimization,obtained fuzzy consistent jugement matrix of additive similar entropy and multiplicative similar entropy respectively,then arranged the importance based on corresponding weighting calculation formula.At last the application of this method was introduced by an example of importance evaluation of ship power system.
