摘    要:船体结构的焊接变形控制,在很大程度上决定船舶的建造质量和生产效率,影响着我国造船精度管理和控制技术的推广和应用;T型接头是船体板架结构中最典型、同时也是数量最多的接头形式,通过对不同焊接速度、不同焊脚长度影响因素下,焊接热输入量的有限元分析,对焊接所产生的固有应力、应变进行模拟计算,从而得出了相应的纵向、横向焊接变形,为T型接头焊接变形的有效控制提供了准确的数据,研究成果为我国现代造船模式的建立、造船精度控制产生积极作用。

Abstract:The control of hull structure welding deformation determine the quality and productivity of ship building to a large extent, impact the promotion and application of shipbuilding precision management and the control technology in china; T-joint is the most typical joint forms of hull structureSand also is the largest number joint forms, according to finite element analysis the weld heat input under different welding speed and welding leg length, and simulation calculate the natural stress and strain resulting from welding, then obtain the corresponding longitudinal and transverse welding deformation, it provides accurate data for effective control of t-type joint welding deformation, the research achievement play a active role for the foundation of modern shipbuilding mode and shipbuilding precision control.
