基于CEEMD-参数优化Morlet小波变换的柴油机振动信号冲击特征提取方法

摘    要:针对船舶柴油机振动产生的非平稳信号,提出一种基于完备的总体平均经验模态分解(complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition, CEEMD)与参数优化Morlet小波分析相结合的振动信号特征提取方法。利用CEEMD方法对振动信号进行分解,在分解出的各种分量中,去掉无用的周期成分分量,保留含有冲击特征的分量,然后结合参数优化Morlet小波分析方法,根据Morlet小波与冲击信号的相似性,将冲击成分提取出来。通过仿真信号以及柴油机振动信号的应用分析验证了该方法对柴油机振动信号冲击特征提取的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the non-stationary signal generated by the vibration of marine diesel engine, a method of feature extraction of vibration signal is proposed based on the combination of complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition (CEEMD) and Morlet wavelet analysis of parameter optimization. The CEEMD method is used to decompose the vibration signal. In the decomposed components, the useless periodic components are removed and the components with impact characteristics are retained. Then by combining the method of Morlet wavelet analysis of parameter optimization, the impact components are extracted according to the similarity between the Morlet wavelet and impact signal. The application analysis of the simulation signal and the vibration signal of the diesel engine verify the validity of the method to extract the impact characteristics of the vibration signal of the diesel engine.
