潜艇膳食设施的设计特点及发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了我国潜艇膳食设施的主要发展历程,分析各个发展阶段存在的主要问题。阐述了潜艇膳食设计中的膳食和习惯特点,厨房设备配置特点,空间布局特点以及装饰特点,并提出了新型潜艇膳食设计的发展趋势。

Abstract:the main developed phases of submarine galley facilities are introduced, in each phase, the existed problems are analyzed. Then, for the better design of submarine galley facilities, the characteristics of submarine food, cooking facility configuration arrangement, galley decoration are explained in detail, and developing trend of galley facilities for new submarine are proposed.
