摘    要:依托数值水池创新专项,文章借助商业软件STARCCM+方便的可视化界面以及工程应用的经验,探索出了一套船舶阻力计算策略,然后通过策略移植和转化,开发出了基于Open FOAM的船模阻力评估模块。为了达到工业化应用的要求,在开发船模阻力评估模块时不仅力求精确性而且还要兼顾鲁棒性。最后在12艘不同类型单桨商船25个工况点的测试计算中,所有样本点的计算精度都达到了3%以内,船模阻力评估模块的工程实用性得到了验证。

Abstract:With the development of numerical simulation technology and computer technology, numerical simulation programs have been applied more and more in the field of ships. In terms of ship resistance simulation, both commercial software and open source software have the ability to evaluate ship model resistance accurately. Due to the complexity of numerical simulation technology and the variability of physical problems, sometimes the calculation accuracy would be unstable when numerical simulation of ship model resistance is carried out, so calculation results are difficult to be convinced. In addition to accuracy, robustness is also a necessary factor for the application of numerical simulation technology in shipbuilding industry. Relying on the numerical tank innovation project, this paper explores a strategy of ship resistance calculation by using the commercial software STARCCM+ because of its convenient visual interface and our engineering application experience, the ship model resistance evaluation module based on OpenFOAM has been developed through strategy transformation. In order to meet the requirements of industrial applications, when developing of the ship model resistance evaluation module ,we not only strive for the accuracy but also consider the robustness. Finally, we use 12 different types of single-propeller merchant ships to test its accuracy and robustness , the calculation results show that the calculation accuracy of all 25 sample points is less than 3%, the engineering practicability of this module is verified.
