| Abstract: | This paper discuss the feasibility to set up maritime information outward announces. Combined with development of maritime traffic, especially the use of VTS, the Collectivity framework and implement manner of the maritime information outward announces has been put forward,Application indicates that the system can satisfies the demand of information,government and commerce of maritime. |
