摘    要:热分析涉及到温度场求解和热应力计算,文章以喷射热气流对甲板结构的影响为研究对象,利用MSC的THERMAL和STRUCTURAL模块进行热分析,具体研究理论原理、模型简化、有限元网格划分和边界条件.计算结果表明,热应力对结构安全和性能的影响不容忽视,在设计中必须给予考虑,也为相关的温度载荷研究提供参考.

Abstract:Thermal analysis refers to the resolution of temperature field and the calculation of thermal stress.In this paper,the object of research is the impact of deck structure under spray hot air flow.By means of the thermal and structural module in MSC software, the thermal analysis was carried out.Thermal theory, simplification of model,mesh plot of FEM and boundary conditions were researched in detail.The results indicate that the influence on structure safety and nature can not be ignored.It also provides reference to correlative thermal load study.
