摘    要:随着潜艇设备用电需求的提升,电力电缆的大量使用为艇内空间布置和施工带来了极大的不便。母线槽有其载流量大、重量轻、安装方便等优势特点,若能将母线槽应用于艇内馈电则可解决以上问题。但潜艇有着异于上述工程结构的工作环境,应用设计时需对其振动噪声进行控制。文章结合管型母线槽与管路的结构相似性,从敷设自由阻尼层、增加连接部位界面阻抗失配度的角度对管母线进行了结构动力性能设计;分析了敷设阻尼、粘弹夹层软连接对振动能量的吸收、阻隔效果;完成了某典型软连接形式下的振动响应计算,结果表明该抑振设计工况可使管母线的中跨段加速度总振级降低25 dB;探究了内外侧绝缘阻尼层在不同模量、损耗因子及厚度情况下对管母线振动性能的影响,为母线槽振动噪声控制提供了设计支撑。

Abstract:With the improvement of the demand of the submarine equipment, the use of the large number of power cable for the space layout and construction of the ship has brought great inconvenience.Busway has its large capacity, light weight, convenient installation and other advantages, and the above problems can be solved if the busway can be used in the submarine.But the working environment of the submarine is different from the above engineering structure, it is necessary to control the vibration and noise in this ap-plication.Combining the structural similarity between tubular busbar and pipeline, the structure dynamic performance was designed from the point of laying the damping layer and increasing the impedance mis-match of the interface part;the absorption and blocking effect of vibration energy were analyzed by using lay-ing the damping layer and viscoelastic sandwich soft connection;the vibration response of a typical soft con-nection form was calculated,the result proved that this vibration control design can reduce the total vibration level of the mid-span acceleration of the busbar by 25 dB; and the influence of the inner and outer insula-tion damping layer on the vibration performance of tube bus under different modulus, loss factor and thick-ness was investigated,which provides the design support for the vibration and noise control of the busway.
