摘    要:文章对柔性跨接管在三维空间中使用下放缆绳的安装做了相应的力学分析。根据悬链线理论,可以首先获得整个安装系统(缆绳及柔性管)的初始形态(仅受重力作用时)。其最终形态可以根据一迭代过程,使用力的平衡及协调性要求作为收敛准则来得到。通过有限单元离散法,可得柔性跨接管的内力,曲率半径及相应的位移值。为了验证文中提出方法的正确性及可靠性,将此得到的结果与OrcaFlex有限元模型得到的结果进行了对比。同时该文对两端下放缆绳的长度差对柔性跨接管最小曲率半径及最大轴力值的影响也做了一定的研究。该方法能够给实际工程中柔性跨接管的安装提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the installation process of a flexible jumper, lowered into deep water by use of cables, is studied in a 3D space. Based on the catenary theory, the initial configuration (only sub-jected to dead gravity loads along the entire length) of the installation system can be obtained. And an iterative procedure, which uses force equilibrium and compatibility requirements as convergence criteria, is adopted to establish the final configuration. The internal force, bend radius and displace-ment of the flexible jumper are also obtained by finite-element discretization. The acquired results are compared with those derived from the OrcaFlex finite-element model, in order to verify the accu-racy and reliability of the proposed method. The influence on the minimum bend radius and maxi-mum axial tension of the flexible jumper due to the difference between the lowering cable lengths, is also studied. The approaches in this paper can offer some suggestions in regards to the installation of a flexible jumper in practical engineering.
