摘    要:文章围绕某船2#主汽轮机凝汽装置在中高工况下真空比正常值低7%~12%,汽轮循环水泵转速相比正常值低70 r/min,海水出口温度与1#机组相比高5℃,主机功率严重不足,动力装置经济性降低这一故障现象,对其影响因素进行了全面分析,提出了解决方案。

Abstract:Under the high and medium working condition, unit 2 main steam turbine of condenser device in some marine shows that vacuum degree of turbine circulating water pump is lower 7% - 12% , and rotational speed lower 70 r/min than normal, the water outlet temperature is higher 5 ℃ compared with unit 1. Consequently, power of main motor shows severe shortage and power unit economy is reduced. This paper presents comprehensive analysis to effect factor and puts forward several solutions on the fault mentioned above.
