船舶艉轴承安装故障分析与排除

在船舶航行中,艉轴承一旦被损坏,不得不降速处理时,需尽快进厂修理.船舶修理中,艉轴后轴承按照原船图纸重新浇铸巴氏合金,当艉轴塞到艉轴承一半时,出现不明阻碍,不能继续进入,文章针对该故障进行分析,并介绍解决故障的对策及合理的工艺流程,为以后同类问题提供参考.

Analysis and elimination of faults ininstallation of stern bearings

Vessels have to slow down and go into a shipyard for repair as soon as possible once the stern bearing is damaged in the voyage.After the rear bearing of the stern tube is reconditioned with a Babbitt metal according to the ship’s original drawing during the repair period,unknown obstruction occurs when the tail shaft reaches the halfway point of the stern bearing,making the tail shaft unable to go forward further.This paper aims to analyze the fault,and introduce countermeasures and a reasonable technological process against the fault,which can provide a reference for solving similar problems in the future.
